1. Will Uña nail wraps fit my nails?

Yes. Each pack comes with 16 pre-glued nail strips of 8 different sizes to ensure that it will fit most nail sizes.

For narrower nails, the nail wraps can also be trimmed on the sides with scissors.

2. How long do the nail wraps last?

The durability can vary depending on your nail conditions, your daily routine.

With proper application, our nail wraps typically stay on up to 10+ days.

We suggest you reapply a top coat after 4-5 days for a lasting finish.

3. Can I take showers with them?

Yes! Once properly applied, these wraps will last through showers, dish washing, swimming, and house work.

However, avoid contact with water for atleast one hour after application so that the nail wraps are firmly applied on your nails.

4.  Are the nail wraps non-toxic?

Yes. Uña gel nail wraps are safe and non-toxic. Our products do not contain the 10 most common harmful chemicals. 

10-Free is a term for nail products that do not contain the following 10 harmful chemicals: Phthalates, Formaldehyde, DBP (Dibutyl Phthalate), Toluene, Camphor, Formaldehyde Resin, Xylene, Parabens, Ethyl Tosylamide, Fragrances

5.  What are they made of?

Styrents/Isoprene Copolymer, Hydrogenated Poly, Butyl Acetate, Polyacylic acid, Ethyl Acetate, Nitrocellulose, Dipentaeythrity|Hexaacrylate, HydroxypropylMethacrylate.

6. Can I use Top Coat?

We do recommend the use of a top coat. Applying a layer of top coat will help the your nail wraps last longer.

Reapply the top coat after every 4-5 days to keep the nail wraps on for a longer duration and a lasting finish.

7. How long does it take to apply?

You can get your nails done in just 10 mins as you get a hang of applying Uña nail wraps. There's no drying time and they are immediately ready to go.

1. How do I contact customer service?

To contact customer service, please send us an email to hello@youruna.com. We will be happy to help you. It may take up to 48 hours for someone on our team to get back to you. 

2. Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately your order cannot be cancelled once it has been placed.

3. Can I return or exchange?

If you received a defective, damaged or wrong item, please contact us at hello@youruna.com with your order # and a photo of evidence upon delivery. We will make it right for you!

4. How long does my order take to process?

Upon receiving your order confirmation message, your order can take between 1 – 3 business days to process and ship (excluding weekends and holidays). 

5. How do I track my order?

You will receive a message when your order is processed and shipped. Click the link in the message to track the progress of your shipment.

6. When will I receive my order?

Shipping times are dependent on your selected shipping method and delivery location. Please allow 5 – 10 business days for standard domestic shipments.
